How to Use- Start by softly underlining the bottom of your brow. Then you can draw on short, feather-like strokes in the direction of your hair growth towards the tail of your brows. Finish by filling in the start of your brows with upward and outward strokes. If you want them to look bolder, fill them in with darker, heavier strokes and if you want to keep them natural-looking, go in with lighter strokes. Always finish by using the spoolie end to brush through your brows and blend the color.
